In 2022 we have been beneficiaries of the subsidy for the hiring of unemployed young people according to the EMT/3861/2021 bases with a total amount of €17,684.52 and a commitment to maintain and create a job for 1 anus.
Thanks to this action, we have been able to train a young person from the territory in all reception and customer service functions:
Customer service and reservation management through omnichannel help desk (phone, whatsapp, mail, Instagram…)
- Management of check in / check out in campsite accommodation (Bungalous, plots etc…)
- Tourist orientation to clients to get to know the environment (visits to museums, outings with leatherbacks, wine tourism, birdwatching…)
- Management of rental of sports equipment such as kayaks, boats, etc.
- Management of stays related to sport fishing
- Management of promotional web portals and support for company marketing
In general, all the functions to develop in the reception of a campsite and the management of national and foreign clients with languages.
This action is promoted and subsidized by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia and financed by the European Social Fund as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
